Bio
Liz Stewart's passion for flowers blossomed at an early age. After training in Connecticut, she honed her approach to custom floral design at several high-end floral shops in the Northeast and the Midwest. In 1998, the Florida native returned to her home state, working with two more high-end florists before launching her own namesake business.
Her flair for inspired design is self-evident. In fact, Liz's work has been featured in Jacksonville Magazine, Jacksonville Design and Florida Design. It has even merited her inclusion in the American Friends of Versailles' fundraising efforts in France, where she created fresh floral arrangements and gift baskets for special events in and around the fabled palace grounds.
Today, she is intimately involved in the affairs of her thriving business in Jacksonville, Florida, creating custom fresh and permanent floral designs and providing design consultation and accessorizing for both home and garden.
She has an open-minded approach to floral design that goes beyond merely acknowledging client tastes. In fact, she tries to embrace the mindset of each client and make real the client's vision, be it an English garden style to an Asian-inspired zen garden to British West Indies. She not only keeps her finger on the pulse of design trends. She sets trends.
This combination—her eagerness to adopt the client's sensibilities and her obvious artistry—has earned her the respect and appreciation of many satisfied clients in the Jacksonville area.
